They have systems and apps which keep you up to date as well as the sale progress team making calls with further news. You can't do more than achieving a sale and that is what they have done for us. We have just SOLD through Mike Neville and we have found them to be brilliant.
The communication is excellent throughout and whist feeling you have a friendly, personal service, they are also very professional. None of the nonsense sales pitches like you find with other estate agents.
James the manager is a great guy and very helpful. When valuing our property, he made us feel completely in control.
Callum took most of our viewings and he was fantastic, always relating feedback and extremely friendly.
In fact, I have pretty much dealt with all of the sales team ie Chris, Ben, Kayleigh and Rhia and found them all to be lovely.
We will be buying another property in the next few months and I will look to buy with Mike Neville before I go anywhere else.

The staff are polite enough when being interacted with regarding our property that we rent. However, time management is poor. We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.
