Ben was very helpful throughout our trade-in process and kept good communication as well! This is my 2nd vehicle purchase with this location and both were positive experiences.

*Edit: Make sure to test drive and inspect the vehicle before purchase. My climate control has a defect that should've been caught by MAS before they sold it to me. If this was identified and still sold then it's definitely unacceptable. My vehicle has been at Toyota in Cambridge since purchase, since MAS maintenance cannot work on new vehicles. They got me!

Good experience and excellent customer service. Worked with Toni and she was fantastic. Due to a deployment, COVID and then shipping our car to a remote destination, the car buying/production/delivery process from start to finish was far more lengthy than anticipated. Even so, Toni did a great job walking us through the process and gave us plenty of updates along the way (as well as finding us some extra savings). She was a fantastic sales associate. If you’re overseas and looking to purchase a new vehicle, give MAS a look.
