I have used Miller Metcalfe twice. They are so professional and efficient, honest and reliable. They keep you updated on everything. Each and every member of staff I have spoken to are so knowledgeable, polite, good to speak with and nothing is too much trouble for them. They definitely go above and beyond giving help and advice. We bought a property from this company march 2024, and I'm sorry I won't be recommending their Bury office. It took me a long time to actually process my thought and to write this but every time I think about that experience or see other first time buyers treated with some dignity, I get this lump in my throat.
From a one liner email, to a staff just meeting up halfway to the door in their office to just drop the keys in our hand and turning back. When we opened the house and found all sorts of junks and emailed for explanation, no response till date.

I would highly recommend Miller Metcalfe, Bury team to sell your home. The staff are so friendly and always full of enthusiasm, they have kept me updated with the progress of my sale. The viewings have been arranged with notice and worked with me to get viewers appointments when requested.

I reached out to Miller Metcalfe through their online chat as I was interested in a valuation, within a week or so I'd had the valuation by the very professional and helpful Matt, plus had a visit by the excellent photographer Barry, the house is now live and looking brilliant on the site. I could not be happier with the service, the house listing looks so good that even I'm tempted to put an offer in, I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying, I can't wait to see it sell, thank you for everything!
