Rebecca and Claire secured our mortgage with HSBC nearly 2 years ago on a 5 year fixed. Really pleased with the deal as rates were sky high at the time and unpredictable. I have used Rebecca and her team twice and the service provided was excellent on both occasions. The remortgage was not a straightforward situation and Rebecca was patient and diligent in looking through all options and showed great empathy throughout. Rebecca also went the extra mile when it came to completion and dealing with the conveyancing solicitors and all the errors they had made with the completion statement, which took a fair bit of time and effort to have corrected.
