Goodness me, where to start? Sally and Nicole from Mint Homes are by far the best agents we have ever met (and my husband used to be one!). We had originally been on with a well known and used agent, had the most terrible experience and they were unable to sell, and just kept trying to drive our price down without telling us anything about what they were doing to try and sell it. We even saw a young man come in for a viewing and he said nothing about the property which is an old character property. We took it off the market for near on a year. By the time we wanted to try again I was very pregnant and we were up against it time-wise. Enter Sally and Nicole… from the very first meeting, where they came to our home for over an hour to chat (noticing and appreciating the style of the property from the get go), they took the time to truly understand how we needed to approach the sale, and they worked what can only be described as magic. Their empathy and kindness drove them to help us quickly, and they absolutely smashed it. They had one day of 12 viewings, and we ended up with about 6 offers the next day - they made it happen, and put in the hard work to achieve it. It felt miraculous compared to our previous experience/agents. But it wasn’t miraculous, or magic - it was absolute skill, attention to detail, and a true care and passion for what they do. They were beyond a pleasure to work with, and I will be forever grateful to them for helping me and my little family move. Life is busy and challenging enough - you want folks on your side who truly want to help you - and Sally and Nicole are those people. The communication style, ease of comms, and general style, professionalism, empathy and kindness are amazing and you won’t find that elsewhere. From the initial phone calls with Sally and Nicole to establish our situation, they put us as ease. They are friendly, with exceptional attention to detail and were professional throughout.
