Avoid these guys at all cost if you can.

I had to sign up with these guys due to a previous employer not being able to pay into a different account I had and let me tell you, since then it has been nothing but headaches. I have currently been waiting for far too long for my replacement card to come though, approx 11 working days. Whenever I "speak" to a customer service agent they come across as the least helpful and informed agents I have come across. Honestly if it were possible to give your service zero stars I would. How on earth the FCA allows you to continue business is beyond me.

Employer had no other choice but to take this option of payment card to make me. Oh well, nothing to do there. But the payments to use this card are abhorant. Each transaction costs a lot. The weekly maintenance cost is cosmic, compared to others. Don't get me started on the online banking. It barely works. On your phone? Nah. Be careful not to block that s**t there with an imaginary captcha. Anyway. There are no redeeming qualities I could give this service. If I could, I would rate it no stars at all.

I have problem with my card. Exactly in this morning I've tried to take cash from atm withdrawal, machine didn't give me my money, only card so I tried in atm on the opposite side of the road and it worked but I've checked my ballance and I have 50 pounds lost by the first atm which didn't gave me my money. How can you explain that?! I tried to call you but you don't answer from 3 hours...
If you don't contact with me or answer the phone I will go to the lawyer and we will talk in the different way...

I’ve got 8£ in my card tonight. When i woke up to check my balance i had 1,23£ what Tried to contact onepay to figure out what is going on and their phones are disabled. Worst bank or whatever it is. If you want your money disapear then this is the bank for you !

Worst bank ever. You pay 1.5p each weak. You cant get your money out. You pay 1 pound even its free cash ATM, you Pay 0,5p for decline in ATM. For example you try to take out 500p in ATM, ATM declines and you lose 0,5p. You try to get out 400p and again decline. And then you try 300p and you get it out then you lose 1p in result you lose 2 pounds just for nothing!!! Robbers!

Be aware of this scum company!!!! They blocked my card 4 months ago... it take them 3 months to send me new card... they said they will transfer me the balance after 1 week... it's been 1 month and I'm still waiting.. I called them over 40 times and still nothing changed.. I'm going to ask legal help from citizen advice bureau

Absolute disgrace . In pretty sure they charge u for checking a balance at atm . Charge for everything actually . Website is complete pish cant ever login for some reason even tho i know my details . Complete waste of space . If u want a bank acount with no stress ask the post office for current acount . Quick and easy

No problem except for the 1.50p. fee every week my agency pay me. I won't even try to check my balance or buy with debit card.
