I was referred to this accountant and initially received a call to set up a consultation. However, they never followed through on scheduling it. Despite reaching out via email twice, I received no response. If they’re not accepting new clients, I would have appreciated clear communication rather than being left waiting. The lack of follow-up and unfulfilled promises were disappointing

I have been using this firm for over the last two years after been recommended by my GP son. Last year Tanya dealt with a rather complex assignment of dealing with a foreign property sale involving coordination with a counterpart foreign Chartered Accountant and submitting tax returns dealing with dual UK and foreign treaty and regulations. Tanya and her office staff worked in an excellent helpful and professional manner to accomplish the task very effectively in time. Poor service. Adam and Daniel have been little to no help and have negatively affected my credit by finanically associating me with someone whom I don't even know due to their incompetence and spelling my partners name incorrectly. DO NOT USE. If you must use as a last resort, I suggest you deal with one of their other members of staff.
