Been trying to get in touch about a property to rent. Both me and husband have emailed several times, as well as ringing 3 times to leave details because the fella dealing with it was busy. Nobody has ever got back to me.

Been ringing for months enquiring faulty windows, elecricity switches, no ventilation in the house, drafts from windows causing sore throat everyday, someones asthma got worse moving in here! We have been promised all This fixing within couple of weeks when we were moving in, 6 months in no one came to fix anything. Ringing every week for 6 months. As soon as contract ends we are out! Woulnt recommend ever!! Awful service.

The houses are of very poor quality, though they may look nice outside. I moved into a new built. I liked it when I viewed but complained to the lady on first viewing about the filthy bathroom and was told by the nice lady the bathroom was being used by construction workers and it was a model house!!. I liked the corner house and so I didn't mind cleaning and sanitising the place the day i moved in, besides, I was a bit in a desperate situation. I thought they would have cleaned up and sanitised the bathroom but they didn't. The is expensive but very poor quality, which I realised later, more of cheaper material used, hence cracking veins on sealed strips along stairs and other areas of the house and the endless cracking sounds day and night (you'd probably think its haunted until you see the sealant cracks). They are non professional, had a strange man asking if i lived alone in the house! which I found irrelevant to just service the heating system!!? When you leave, it doesn't matter you live the place spic and span or in the condition you found it or take videos and pictures, they will still lie and say you left the place filthy! so its advisable to take pictures and even videos when you live, like I did. Do your own inventory when you move in and again when you move out to cover yourself. They also insist on money Owings that don't exist, when you leave.

If zero stars was an option I would give them no stars, landlords are the problem. Not wanting to fix the houses. Mine is covered in mould

Absolutely shocked by the way his apparently genuine interest in improving the Gresham area of Middlesbrough seems to have gone sour or rather backfired on it's residents,I can honestly say that when he and the council joined forces I amongst other residents of the area believed the area would improve ,I agree wholeheartedly he has improved the quality of his properties however the people in the properties (the vast majority) are Eastern European wether he has let these houses to these people or not he only knows, however the plain simple and obvious fact is these people don't work yet somehow manage to pay him rents of between £600-£650 a month live lavish lifestyles have odd occupation's that seem to consist of ignoring each other (their friends) in the street yet leave the streets every morning at roughly the same time as each other, return within minutes of each other every night,use the same person to fix their cars lol,(but have no apparent knowledge of each other) shop at the same designers shops especially at weekends when they have possibly had a good week running their illicit business,have a constant stream of visitors to their doors daily,make an endless amount of trips in and out of their houses even after a 10 -12 hour day out and about they jump in their cars doing more drop offs or collections,yet they don't seem to be on any of the authorities radars, Gresham amongst other areas of the town has and is further being taken over by Gangs such as these and long standing residents and homeowners are being made to suffer whilst the area declines rapidly,police presence is non descipt neighborhood police aren't visible so it's actually no surprise that the streets in the town centre are being taken over and basically ruled by these Gangs, hopefully soon the newly appointed PCC looks into things that are going on in the town of Middlesbrough and taken a proactive approach to ending it's sharp decline into what can only be described as a cesspit

Recently enquired about renting, wouldn't take me on because I was unemployed and under 35 told me to call back once ime 35 and they will consider me, when asked why, they said they don't like to take tenants on who's housing allowance doesn't cover the whole rent, even though my shortfall would have been £2 a week, someone needs to look into his company as its not treating people very good at all no wonder they have loads of properties to rent.
