We had a wonderful experience with Morris Armitage (particularly Debi who went above and beyond in helping!), who were the estate agents for the home we were purchasing.

As they weren't our own estate agents, we weren't necessarily expecting much contact with them directly, but they were honestly so helpful, and truly crucial in getting the sale over the line by chasing sellers and conveyancers. Debi handled everything with a wonderfully friendly, professional expertise that made us feel 100x better during the trickier moments.

I was previously listed with another local agent (Bovingdons) who were absolutely awful. Viewings dried up, no comms and constantly chasing. Not interested, no ideas.
Enter Morris Armitage - what a breath of fresh air. Constant contact, rarely had to chase and made a real effort to freshen up my listing, worked actively with potential buyers and gave good feedback throughout. The sale took a long time and there's always some luck involved in finding the right buyer but we got over the line and I would highly recommend them. Even when things went slightly south (the buyer suddenly wanted to not be a cash buyer and tie in a property sale) they managed to intervene and get me back on track. Saved me three months of extra anguish. Selling is hard in the UK and don't make the mistake I did by using a poor agent - literally night and day difference and I'd definitely use MA again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Big thanks to Debi who kept me sane throughout a particularly difficult house purchase. I think we would have given up at times, but her professionalism and assistance throughout the process, kept us on track, and, finally, got us in the house we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and her communication was excellent. Thanks also to Nick for keeping us in the loop and doing an excellent job of selling our house. Morris Armitage were the estate agent for a property we purchased. Nick and Debi were both fantastic responding to queries raised to them very quickly.

Our aim was to purchase before the Stamp Duty window closed - without their input I'm sure the purchase would have taken significantly longer.
