Bad. Slow. Half my order. Overcharged. I paid £18 for ultimate breakfast (£8) 3 extra black pudding, 3 extra bacon and chips. After a good 30 min when i was just about to ask for a refund as my lunch break was nearly over, i got a plate with no beans, no chips, short on bacon but extra black pudding. I will not return there sober again.

I went there for a brunch and bought some clothes. It is pretty big and has a lot of available parking space.
Their cafe is quite lovely and has helpful staff. I ordered mini fish and chips, which tasted good and had fresh cooking.

I had been shopping then went to fill the tank up with petrol and to put some air in the tyres, I was having trouble with the air machine so I asked a member of staff to help, well he was brilliant. He was polite, well mannered, he went above and beyond to help me. I told him to say to his boss that a customer said to put his wages up, and the young man said I am the boss, LOL. Please show these people some love.

Called in to use the cafe in the store. Staff were very polite and friendly. The meal and drink I bought were fine, good value for money.

It isn't a very large store and some of the aisles are a bit cramped. The layout is a bit haphazard. I did wonder if it was deliberate to get you to look all around the store for the one item you went in there for!
The cafe is regularly out of menu items, unfortunately. On a recent visit the customer ahead of us had a problem at the till and we were kept waiting while the flustered staff tried to find a manager who could resolve the issue. Eventually, we abandoned the queue and went elsewhere. We haven't returned to the cafe since then.
The staff are friendly.
There is plenty of disabled parking and access is good.

I was at the morrisons store in Bridlington 02/10/24 at 07.57 patiently waiting for the lady to open the salad bar. The lady at the deli and tha one at the salad bar were shouting to each other about how they don't open until. So I put down my tray and continued on the next aisle only to hear them talking about customers. They customer service is lacking.

Shop was standard Morrison's but the self service was a complete farce and was just bizarre. As per the photos attached, certain drinks were on 2 for £2.20 yet this offer wasn't applied at the till. A member of staff supervising the tills agreed with us and understood yet they can't offer refunds or amendments on self service so I had to pay full price and then take the receipt to customer services. I then had to explain myself again here after waiting and then await my card refund later on as well. Have given 2* because staff were apologetic and reasonable, yet this stupid no mistakes rectified at self service is ridiculous.

Nice enough place, we got there at 9.20am on Sunday to visit the café for breakfast, just to be told by staff that they don't open until 10am, which I thought was fair enough.

So I charged the car on the 1 charging point they have, went in a 10am to see the place rammed with shoppers, turns out the café opens at 9.30am and that's when they let in all the shoppers, a great way to get around the Sunday trading laws.

It wouldn't have hurt to let me know the doors would open in 10 minutes or have some actual opening times on the door.
