This is the second time l have used Mortgage Solutions to find me a mortgage. I am very impressed with the company, Nothing is too much trouble, l always get a response when l call and my questions are always answered. They have found excellent rates for me and have far more mortgages on their books than other companies.
I would recommend them highly and will use them again when my present fixed mortgage rate expires .

Due to my personal circumstances, the 'high street lenders' couldn't offer me a mortgage for the property I wanted to buy.

The end result was me being left not only a mortgage product that was precisely what I needed, but actually ended up with multiple choices for mortgages which I simply couldn't have obtained myself.

I cannot possibly praise the service enough. Charlotte was extremely proactive with communicating milestones, updating me with correspondence as and when it arrived and couldn't ask for a better experience. As a first-time buyer purchasing as a single applicant I can happily say it turned an extremely daunting process into an enjoyable one! 🙂

When it comes to anything related to financing a property, Peter and Bob of Mortgage solutions have mastered the conundrum of mortgages and expertly walk through the convoluted process with ease.
