I have been with this company for more than 10 years and just recently moved away.

I requested Dom to help with a further advance, but he lacked knowledge about the product and simply dumped the files to the lender, taking 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, there was no update. After chasing him multiple times, he admitted that he had mistakenly had TMW stress test the entire mortgage instead of just the additional amount.

This is unacceptable. If someone is not knowledgeable, they should not take on the work, wasting 6 weeks of my crucial time.

However, this has been a very bad experience. As a result, I have decided to move away from this company. But it depends on the case work again.
