Old flat, they never told me about the rats problem coming from the balcony. Never told me about the smelling issue ( the view of my balcony was trash passage ) and they didn’t return my deposit,they took advantage of me because I am a foreign student!! And I hope you return my money back!!!The flat is on ( bold street ) next to Tesco store and a restaurant ( horrible smell, they put their rubbish opposite the balcony so it’s full of rats. You can’t open the balcony door because of the smell and the rats may come inside) and there is no windows apart from the balcony. Studio flat on first floor

Flat was extremely warm. Everything was falling apart blinds, wardrobe, maybe even bed. Floor was dirty. When gave the flat back to the owner I was told the blinds were broken and floor was dirty as if though I did it when the flat was given to me as a disgraceful mess in the first place

No acceptable accommodation dirt smelly the rats everywhere not safe for living at all and on the top of that it’s very expensive the owner just care about the money and how can take money from you I went to the office other day it’s look like I’m in poulailler 🐔
