Bought their travel insurance in May for a trip I'm taking next week. I have been trying to call to ask about an amendment for 3 days now. 40 minutes at a time and not an answer...doesn't bode well if I really need them. I will steer clear in future and will buy another policy for upcoming holiday. Would give 0 starts if I could as they have done nothing for the money spent.

Cheap insurance easy to complete form. Only issue is I asked for a paper copy of my documents to be posted and they haven't been we are due to go on holiday on the 6th so I'm going after print these somewhere now.

Dodgy - filed a claim end of April and haven’t heard anything back. What’s the point in even buying travel insurance if you when you actually need it you can’t file a claim? Will be escalating the matter.
