Mighty Student Living is excellent. They helped us find a house and gave honest opinions of the properties, helping us decide on the same day. Big thanks to Mikey. We had a great conversation, and he could talk about the house as if it were his own.

Service throughout tenancy was very poor from having to wait 2 months for the property to be cleaned, safe and repairs made to very slow responses to maintenance issues (ie broken washing machine). However the most significant issue was the landlord (4 Chelsea mews) sought to withhold nearly £400 from deposit for items that were simply fabricated. Fortunately mydeposits had an adjudication process which awarded £350 in favour of the tenants. Hours and hours of time to get to the resolution. Strongly advise avoiding this business and whilst appreciate they may have good landlords, our one was absolutely not.

Beware.
On exit from a property they apply penalty charges to basically get properties redecorated. Over £60 to paint a wall! They have there maintenance arm do the work so gain out of this practice. If you rent with them take photos on arrival, end of second year and end of 3rd year. Beware most of a deposit goes back to Mighty and the landlord.
Don't use them.
The response from Mighty on this just isn't right.
Mighty and landlords basically retain much of a deposit to deal with wear and tear items such as repainting. Mighty profit from this as it's their company doing the work. They try to say it's just the landlord. That's not correct.

STAY AWAY from Mighty Student Living:

- £400 Deposits
- Repairs and maintenance not done when requested.
- House was messy before tenants moved in.
- Basically stole half of the deposit with trumped up charges from the landlord.
- Did not provide bins for 6 months.
- Rat problem
- Mould problem (health risk).
- House had a bug infestation, bugs were going inside the walls and eating it, leaving wood dust on the floor.
- They do not support students at all, they will scam you as a student any chance they get.
- A massive cleaning charge was put on the tenants once moved out even though the house was left in a cleaner state than when we moved in.

STUDENTS, Avoid this horrible company! Please do yourself a favour and look for accommodation from different companies.

The staff at mighty house are professional. It is easy to contact the staff and queries are dealt with quickly. They work hard to look after the students and the landlords.

The worst renting experience you could imagine. Avoid at all costs. Had a broken shower for half the contract that they refused to fix without permission from the landlord who was ‘uncontactable’. Will never go back, I wish I’d read all the other awful reviews before signing the contract. Learn from me. Oh and this is what our kitchen and bathroom looked like for over 4 months.

Having a tenancy with MSL has been as you'd expect a tenancy to go. Until it got to the end of it. I left the house with the rooms, living room and kitchen in a good state, nothing a quick hoover and spray couldn't fix. Yet MSL have decided to charge £350 for 'deep cleaning'. I lived there for a full academic year and cleaned every so often as required, and it was never once in a 'deep clean required' state as long as I was there with four other people, let alone after everyone had left and cleaned up behind them. It is a landlord's requirement to have the house cleaned before new tenants move in, why should I be charged for general upkeep of the property? They have also decided that to cover up blue tac stains, they require the entire room to be redecorated because why not right? Charging me £120 for some paint touch ups MSL are a complete joke. It seems they're charging money just because they can. Stay away from them at all costs.

A fast and simple experience, we found the house we want and within no time at all the guys sorted us out a viewing/contracts/happy home. Big shout out to Mikey and Ben for making the experience so easy and for being so pleasant. Will be highly recommending to friends moving forwards.
