Customer service when I called was great and they were upfront and honest about what they could offer however, I can think of very few circumstances whereby people would/could accept a loss of £45,000 on their property. Unless you want a sale immediately with no hassle and you don’t need the money - don’t waste your time!

I am keep receiving letters from this company. I thought I will give them a call. Adviser offered £40k less for my property, when I said why your letter says we will achieve the price you required he couldn’t answer. So please can you stop sending me letters

Yes, the letter says you can achieve a suitable price, please don’t be fooled. “Oh yes mr ……….. what a delightful property you have, is it listed?” Yes I replied “oh there are issues with listed properties.” Why was I asked the question in the first place when they have seen the listing on line?
Offered £50000 under the advertised price. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Offer up to 85% of value advertised. Appreciate other comments saying they don't. Happy to upload and post recorded call with them stating this from their advisor. It was their opening line... we are cash buyer etc etc 85%

Good if you can't sell the house but I could drop 100k from mine tomorrow and sell it sorry.

Wouldn’t it be better all round if you offered a fair price and rented the places out after purchase instead of scamming people hundreds of thousands of pounds out of their home? Why would someone want to drop almost £60,000 from the asking price? Absolutely absolute Muppets?

Sent 2 unsolicited letters to my address falsely claiming my property was on the market 1.my house is not for sale 2. Get your facts right before sending letters that make you look unprofessional & incompetent. Not to be trusted. Shameful that they're allowed to get away with these cra* tactics. All it does is deter potential sellers from ever using/ recommending you. Their Companies House stats are interesting & it's definitely their company as the address on here & the CH website is congruent. I'm not registered with Righmove etc so not sure how they've obtained my info & assumed I'm selling my home when infact it's probably just another random house nearby.

We received a letter from them as our house is currently on the market. I am very suspicious of anyone try to sidestep the agent - if you really intend to make a fair offer, use the proper channels

Very poor business, I’m suprised anyone accepts your offers at 85% purchase price. My property is up for £170,000-£180,000 if I reduced it to £160,000 I would have multiple offers within the week why on earth would I accept an offer of £145,000. Very poor and insulting offers. Anyone reading this review don’t bother calling them once you’ve received a letter as they will tell you from the off you can get better money elsewhere. Complete waste of time.
