Terrible. Booked in for a windscreen and given a date 2 weeks away. Day of the appointment I got a text saying time the engineer would be arriving and a map to follow along where they where. It stated I was the second job. Watched him move to 3 different jobs then called for an update and was told they didn’t have the glass. Lost a days pay at work for nothing.

Got a call next day saying glass was in but I’d have to wait another 2 weeks for appointment to which I escalated to management and was given and appointment the following day. Received the text on the morning again stating engineer was coming that day and I was the 3rd job on the list. 2 hours later get a call saying the engineer isn’t coming and is sick so I’ll have to wait another 2 weeks.

Escalated to management and was asked to drop off at the branch and they would do it on site. Dropped it off and a few hours later I got a call to say it was ready. When I was on the way to collect I got another call to say they couldn’t get the bonnet closed. Got there to see it had been broken and obviously played dumb like it wasn’t their fault. Pretended to try and help for 5 minutes then the guy said he would go and get some cable ties to shut it so I could get home but disappeared nd never saw him again.

Then I got charged full excess amount, no apology, no offer of compensation for a days lost pay and then having taken the care to a garage to repair the bonnet I am a further £163 down.

Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

Disgusted. At the time of booking I requested that my wipers NOT be changed since this was not needed. Wipers were replaced which I know because I later found the old ones along with some packaging in my wheelie bin. The new wipers do not work. When I contacted them to get this resolved I was treated rudely on the phone and basically called a liar as "there were no wiper replacements on the job". Now I will need to pay for new wipers which were not requested in the first place. Thanks a lot !!

I had to wait for more than a week to change the windscreen.

Although Jemma from Telford promised me that they will call me back to arrange a meeting the sooner, the windscreen repair to take place in Telford, they never called me back (no matter if I called them back numerous times). The alternative solution was the work to take place in my place after a long waiting time. When they arrived at my place, they told me that they cannot repair my windscreen and I have to go to Telford the next 2 hours, otherwise I have to wait another week.

Here I am now, waiting in their office for at least an hour for someone to change the windscreen. They are hopeless

Don't ask, another review suggests they check new windscreens that have been delivered at the point of delivery, shame the staff didn't read it. I struggle to understand the company policy of requesting authorisation for a damaged new one, surely the fact I was booked in and the job came via insurers is enough for the staff to be able to order one, BY PHONE , not slow email, total waste of time, lost money as I am a private hire business, sort your system out for better customer service.

My car was in Shrewsbury but I went for these guys in Telford, for a windscreen replacement. Both their price and lead time were better than the market.
They turned up this morning as planned, did a great work.

Dreadful service - cancelled/postponed appointment twice at short notice and a most unhelpful attitude from the staff. Job cancelled and would not recommend them to anyone.

They had problems after replacing my screen and what followed was a shambles which included repeated failings, errors and damage. The worst automotive customer experience I've had in 42 years and 1.2 million miles. One member of staff tried his best but it wasn't enough to deliver good service and another just had a bad attitude. Some people have obviously been happy with what they have received here but not me. I hate to complain this way but what do you do when the retailer simply isn't interested?
