I haved used this branch for 5 years, always helped and happy to provide information and guidance.
Deal with any questions quickly and always return calls. I always treat people in a way I would like to be treated so perhaps this is the reason there are a few poor reviews. Keep up the good work but the new logo isn't great.

The time I have visit Beccles branch I’ve been greeted by an unpleasant woman who was very rude. I haven’t visited a bank since before Covid so first time in years.
This was the first time ever ive deposited coins, to be told off by the woman at the counter, for not counting my change and separating all coins into separate bags just to make her life easier ( it was £1 and 50ps)
(Thought it was her job anyways)

BECCLES BRANCH. - all the staff at this branch are very helpful and friendly. I opened a Fixed Rate ISA yesterday and Emma made this transaction swift and surprisingly very easy. Thank you Emma and also Sue, who works at this Branch and is always brilliant.

Opened an account online so i can pay cash into the bank as Barclays has closed in beccles and i can no longer use them. They wont accept anymore than 5 bags ( £100 ) in coins. How are business suppose to survive? Ridiculous attitude and customer service
