I would like to thank the member of staff. I didn't catch the colleagues name. That sorted my issue. When I called into the Sutton in ashfield branch on Monday 13th February.I wouldn't have been able to do it myself over the phone. It's just great to know that I can pop into the branch and speak to someone face to face. All the staff at the Sutton in ashfield branch are lovely and very helpful. They are brilliant. Thank you. Just when I thought that Natwest's service levels couldn't get any lower then along they come and surprise me. Half of the tills boarded up, nobody manning the enquiry desk and totally disinterested staff and it's prompted me to switch, should've done it a long time ago.
