I’m here with a friend and he wants to make simple transfer from his NatWest to his Monzo account. He was advised a 5 to 10 minute wait but we are still waiting after 30 minutes.

My mother who is 90 went into the Brighton branch today with my wife and was seen by a member of staff called Maria. She was so helpful they could not believe it. Needed to cash in money. Shop was closed but atms had the service just outside the shop. Felt safe being in the shopping centre. Very convenient

`went to the ATM to deposit money ATM took money and card had no help from call centre told to call the makers of the ATM on a Sunday morning so I had to recall to report the money & card were stolen I now have to take tome off work to go to the bank so I can get my money back from the ATM bad service NatWest
