First things first this branch has a great layout inside, machines on the right and customer service/ cashiers on the left. Machines are easy to use not hard to use at all, the lines for the cashiers can get busy during lunch hours but that’s understandable.

On the other hand the team members there are really unfriendly, I’ve used this branch twice and unfortunately their attitude toward me was unpleasant!

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady at the middle desk was nice and helpful, the lady at the end desk was rude and pointing customer’s face with unacceptable behaviour. Instead of helping customer to sort out the issue. She was arguing with customer about the issue which was came from the bank’s system and blame that issue from customer.

I gave one star as I had bad experience with NatWest, banked with them since 2005, they shut my account without notice and no reason. But good riddance to bad rubbish as I opened an account with another provider very happy with them. I will rate Hughes and the lady at the welcome desk both worked on Saturday 12 august 2023 5 stars, as they are extremely helpful unlike staffs at Angel Branch

Lovely staff, but going to see them for whatever trivial issue will take time. Don't be fooled by only two or three people in front of you as it's slow; very slow. They should consider seating as there are people who are elderly or find it difficult to stand for lengthy time.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The Queue is literally out the door and nearly 1 hour to pick up a change order which was ordered 2 days in advance for a local business. Terrible …maybe they should make people who have extensive queries and banking make appointments to prevent such long timely queues for businesses. If I could pick my change order up from a machine I would.

Very nice staff but the service suffers because they are not being given enough support to run this branch versus how busy it is. Customers are often rude because of the waits which is unfair as it is not the staffs fault. However the company have a responsibility to their staff to ensure they are properly equipped to deal with how busy their branch gets. They are often left to field complaints because equipment is broken and their head office have not sent someone ASAP to fix it. I would advise if you use this branch to be patient and understanding that the staff are trying to help as best they can and to take your complaints to the central company who have failed to support their local branch staff.
