Hello,

I have been a NatWest customer since approximately 2005, using it for all my automatic payments without the need for another bank. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I have not received any bonuses or gifts in recognition of my customer relationship.

I am mentioning this because, for the first time in years, I need assistance from NatWest. I require proof of address from 2021, which is not a request dating back to 2005. I applied for and was accepted into a master's program, but I lost my rental contract from 2021 due to a move. As I live in a shared house, I do not have any utility bills in my name, which is why I approached the bank for help.

The branch manager listened to my situation with interest and mentioned that an email would need to be sent to resolve the issue. I have been waiting patiently for approximately two months now. During this critical period of my life, the possibility of missing out on my master's program due to some inefficiency is causing me deep sadness and anxiety. I wonder, can writing a letter stating that I lived at the specified address during the stated period be so difficult? Or is it too much to expect to be treated as a valued customer and receive a response by phone or email?

I am requesting a document that I am entitled to, not asking for a loan or anything illegal, just a confirmation that I lived at the specified address during the specified period. Is this really so difficult?

Why is no one responding?

Visited this branch of Nat West on a busy Saturday morning. I had a problem with my debit card which had been blocked from making online purchases. The service and support I received from the moment I walked in was amazing, I was so impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient the member of staff, Rhys, was. It was all sorted in 10 minutes and he took the time to help me get the app working on my new phone too. Thank you so much for outstanding customer service!

Rude woman with glasses needs the sack. There are 2 little pods that move so slowly with staff loitering around all while 15 customers are waiting to be served. You are waiting for about 35 minutes. Hate the way banks are trying to save money and make everything cashless and online. I'm leaving this bank after this experience and will be going to Metro Bank.

All credit to the staff but Sue definitely deserves a pay raise, she help me to understand my saving account, even gave me some guidance, which I discovered was better interest rates than any other. Really an outstanding employee.

My card was blocked - without communication from the bank - as they thought I was a vitim of fraud. I went into this branch to try and establish why my card wasn't working, they contacted the fraud team who confirmed why my card had been blocked and stated the issue was now resolved. It wasn't and even after phoning up the fraud team myself two days later, I couldn't get it resolved. I returned to the branch four days after my initial visit and was issued with a new PIN number & card which finally resolved the situation.
In addition having completed a feedback survey I had been emailed, I received a very helpful phone call from Michelle the Branch Manager and was delighted to accept her very generous and unexpected offer of a hamper, by way of apology for the inconvenience.
Though the central department's clearly have a lot to learn about customer service, I was very impressed with Michelle and her team.

I came in to the bank to withdraw some Euros, however at the end of my transaction I requested to update one of my savings account. I was seen within 5 minutes by a senior savings account adviser despite not having booked an appointment.
Tabitha was extremely efficient, we resolved about 3 years of my bank admin in under 30 minutes. I got the products I wanted and was very satisfied with the customer service. I would highly recommend Tabitha and this Natwest Cardiff Branch. Reminded me why I've been a Natwest customer for 14 years.

Since RBS informed me that my nearest branch is conveniently in Birmingham I have been left with Nat West to deal with. Went in Saturday as I needed over £300 pound and was told that there was no Saturday counter service but could get £250 from their machine. This is actually £50 less from the street machines so how useless is that!! Told to come back in the week - when I am miles away in work and their opening hours are 9.30 to 15:30!! Place was smelly and some undesirable was slumped on one of the sofas in the area. Won't be able to rush back even if I wanted to!

It's a bration of a bank, can't be denied.
There was a homeless man lying on the floor which added a unique aroma to the bank, credit to NatWest for housing our homeless.

The staff were on major cap, it's respectable love to see simple hardworking folk keeping the cap alive.

If they were to improve the overall NatWest experience a ps5 with brawlhalla and FIFA ultimate team would really increase the brations.
A designated foof station would be a major bration obviously on 5%.

BIG UP WESTERN NATNAT
