What a disaster customer service in this branch
Couldn’t satisfied me at all
Can’t even explain, why can’t they help me
As I have to wait for the manager over an hour, And MR Andrew Hutcheson Bshons. The branch manager come with a hungry face. looks like he was paying me from his own pocket and he told me that he can’t help me without even listening a word from me.
As I have been told, they don’t know me because I’m not from around. But
I believe they don’t need to know me. all they need to know check my identity which I had with me. my passport and another two identification . But still no any help at all keep refusing to help . I’m absolutely disappointed with the service in this branch. I have to search on Google to prove them that I can withdraw money without bankcard still didn’t help me. And I hope nobody else get the service. I have got with them… and I hope NatWest will do something about this matter to teach them how to deal with the customers…

Always been helpful when needed in the past... Has cash machines inside if needed as some people like to hang out around the outside ones.

Long queue when I went in at lunchtime today. Took 30 mins to speak someone. A couple of people gave up waiting and left.

I must say, that when I was seen, the staff member was very helpful and provided a good service.

Not enough staff working at an obviously busy time of day.

With my local branch (Rochester) being shut a few years ago, it's frustrating that although my new local branch has quite a few desks, there were only two staff working.

2 people working in building, what a penny pincher management. Went there today to pay in deposit which I've been told counter cuts off at 15.30 . I can't do the transfer by online application or online banking because useless service no one can fix the problem . If you go to the actual bank they can't help you because 2 people working there and no counter service after 15.30 . Do we have to get day off from work to pay bloody loans ? What a disgraceful service . Time to change swap to another bank .

Thanks Natwest in Chatham, Kent the best bank locally. So hopefully Not one of the Bank branches that are going to close.
