Visited Nat West Chester today (9/1/24) My query was in regard of a bus8ness account and I had struggled online to resolve. Well Dom (“front of house”) and business advisor (Carol) were exceptionally helpful.i I now have a way forward too address an issue and in short it was largely down to Carol for listening and then finding a resolution. Since coming home she has also completed her actions. Excellent customer service

Went into Chester NatWest and the staff member we talked to was not interested, indeed poor service. We were interested in an Isa and a current account. Needless to say we are not banking with NatWest.
We then went to Lloyd's Bank and the service was first class. All our queries were resolved in minutes.

Can do all sorts in here it's great. Machines full of dosh, seats for sitting on, people to talk to.

They've got those slidey doors which are fun. Also have a big picture of a bridge which is nice, creates a flipping good ambience.

Attached are some photos of me at the bank having a really great December 27th.

I have never received such poor service. I got caught in a scam. They say they offer 24 hrs support online I could only speak to bots who sent me around in circles. Saw a lady at the branch who told me to fill a form in and it will be sorted, I filled the form in and it got denied. Went back to the bank today and got served by a lady who had no clue how to help me, I saw the lady who served me yesterday and said she was the original person I dealt with. She then denied any knowledge or ever recognising me and didn't seemed bothered to help.. she then got another woman involve who stuck me on the phone and walked away. Then the fraud team on the phone wasn't much help either. Just walked out the bank as I was left to sort my own problems out even with going in there for customer support. Worst customer service and communication with me. Pretty sure the scammers cannot get any money out my account however you have lost a customer cause I am changing all my accounts to a diffrent bank as I am unsure my account with natwest is actually safe.

I have tried to call my branch to discuss lodging a lasting power of attorney for my elderly parents who are customers and all he kept asking me was what my banking pin number was! He didn't seem to understand I wasn't a customer - it was like I was talking to a robot with a Newcastle accent! Awful! I put the phone down in the end! Not even 1 star but it wouldn't let me put 0 star!

I popped in to the Nat West in Chester today and was served by Georgina. It was a personal matter and I was warmly greeted and when I said I needed help Georgina couldn’t do enough for me. Not only did she do it for me she showed me how to do it all on my app myself in future. Such a lovely lady. We discussed my credit card as well which I’m thinking of changing it to Nat West also. This is not the first time I’ve had excellent service from them. A seat would be nice but I’m not complaining they are very good to come to work and still work face to face with the public & I Wish our GP’s were as brave as them. Think our GP’s may be locked in a cupboard somewhere to precious to come out. The public will remember all this when the pandemic is over. Thank you Nat West yet again for excellent staff. Thanks Georgina, hope the bank appreciate what great staff they have.

First time in a bank for years. My Chester bank has closed and NatWest has taken over, some trepidation on my part. Needn't have worried, the lady who dealt with my problem was helpful and professional in buckets. Can't wait to to have another banking problem.

Every time I go I’m always left waiting ten mins to be served. The bank opens at 10am which is no good for me . Market day Wednesdays they should be open earlier. Some of the original staff are happy but rest always have a depressed look on there face
