Unless you go into the bank.Any other contact is USELESS.
Music comes through loud & clear.
The over 70s & the SO CALLED customer service are just as bad as each other
And as for the robot voice that asks you questions that is just TERRIBLE .

This must be one of the worst banks it’s never open and when it is there is big queues never opens on Saturdays anymore which is a pain and they want you to do online banking. I want a human being not a computer and I want to be able to bank at the weekend, but none of this is possible with NatWest. Also, why do you open at 9:30 or later Why can’t you open at 8:45 to make up for not opening at the weekends. It’s now 2024 and everyone is still having to queue for God knows how long!
