I visited the bank on Wednesday 18/09/24 at around 10:15am. I was quickly directed to who I needed to speak with regarding my query. The individual I was directed to, Azmina, was supporting another customer who was quite aggravated due to an issue with their online banking. Azmina supported this individual and then professionally spoke with me about my issue. Azmina understood my problem and provided exceptional support that rectified my issue. The support was personable and of a high quality which allowed a solution to be found even when me speaking with Natwest customer services over the phone on multiple occasions had failed. Azmina is a credit to the bank. Thank you for your time and support!

Lovely friendly staff! I went to deposit some money into our joint account and ended up chatting to a lovely friendly lady at the desk. Made me feel so warm and welcome, lovely to see such friendly staff in a little local bank!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered with a bank. staff are horrible who work inside the bank they made me feel like they doing me a favour when it's my money. if you call customer service you will be waiting around 30 mins before they answer really the are the worst bank to be with don't put your money here they will not take care of you.
