I have been using this branch of NatWest for over 25 years now, and the in branch staff are fantastic. Always friendy and helpful as well as being very knowledgeable. It's a shame they are restricted by the number of things the bank has moved online, but they are always willing to help even with that stuff, showing you how to use the NatWest app and website. The only problems I have ever had have been with people in distant faceless call centres and the branch staff hav always helped to resolve them.

Worst bank ever . Let money be frauded out of my account. Gave me charges for other things . Staff are unhelpful and rude . Close you're accounts down and give u no reasons . Just a letter saying you have 60 days to make alternative plans for you're wages and everything. I've never been treated to bad by so called professionals . Andnive done nothing . Just saved alot . Maybe made them money .

Been with Nat West for many years now , always been happy with the service that was until technology took over , whereas there were several teller's at the counter we now have TWO, and God forbid if one of their computer;s go down. this has nothing to do with the staff at the branch who are friendly professional and always,s helpful , in MY opinion it has something to do with some moronic penny pinching [ person ] think on the lines of Alex Cruz the B.A. boss , so now after 8 minutes on the phone to ask ONE simple question i have give up , technology , no thanks.

Awful! Replacing people with machines, being pushed to use them even if you'd prefer counter service & now TWICE those machines have swallowed hundreds of my money and retained all the notes without crediting my account!
You then are expected to que anyway to use a cashier to explain the machine has snatched your cash!

People can't wait all afternoon for their money to be credited because there's no actual staff to help you!!

Currently looking to switch, it's been over an hour and still no one has credited my own money back to me.

This branch is a joke!

On the 2 occasions I have been to this branch I have dealt with such amazing staff members who were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were able to help me with what I needed. I am very pleased with the customer service here from my experiences, and speaking to people for me is quite anxiety inducing so I am very glad with how kind the staff were to me.

Would have to give it 6 stars, if I could. Small and friendly branch, where you're not just "next, please." Particularly handy for me when I'm out and about, because it's right on the main road with parking; I live in Chester, and I can only get to my local branch by walking, because it's in the pedestrian area of The Rows. In fact, it's often easier for me to drive and come here, than it is to walk to my local branch in city centre! Because I can just pop in and out quickly, makes this bank branch a big plus for me (also because there aren't many NatWest banks in the area!).

I went to natwest in ellesmere port today for some help. They was rude wasn't helpful and didn't understand what I was asking. I will not be returning to this branch again. So much for costume service. They need training.
