I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at your Exeter branch. While my partner was warmly greeted and assisted by your staff, I was ignored and had to actively seek attention.This stark difference in treatment felt racially discriminatory and unprofessional. Such behavior is unacceptable and has deterred me from considering NatWest for my financial needs. All customers deserve equal respect and courtesy, regardless of their background.

A very clean smart bank,the staff are all lovely and so helpful.Ill never forget when Natwest paid for my online shopping when my son passed away,due to the payment not going through .Ive been with natwest 25 years and would never leave for any other bank..

I went to change my name on my account - it was done very quickly, and I had a lovely chat with the guy doing it (I didn't catch his name), he was absolutely brilliant. The best bit - he gave me a massive bar of chocolate. Made my day.

I went into this branch last week and I just cannot praise the staff highly enough. I was welcomed with a smile and assisted on the machines, before meeting with Laura, who was so compassionate and helpful, and just so kind. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you Laura!

For people who work Monday to Friday, OVER the working hours of thee bank with no chance of getting into a branch - it is a JOKE that we are unable to withdraw cash from the counter on a Saturday morning. Not everyone has got the opportunity to take time out of their working day to visit.

Tried to phone after over hour gave up drove 9miles to branch paid parking got to branch told to sit wait wont be long after hour 15mins an people who came in branch after us was delta with advisor then said she couldn't help sat me on phone after 40mins someone answered told me to phone back Monday 3 days later this is a frued 2 hours on phone only to be told systems down they call back tomorrow still waiting nat west Customer Service at its best
