I went in today to sort out my internet banking and the staff was extremely helpful. Summer was very patient while trying to get it sorted as I was having problems, but we managed to get it sorted in the end with two other wonderful staff members Tracy and Poppy 🙂 definitely a wonderful branch and I definitely recommend them to anyone!

Staff not only dont want to do cash transactions, they are very condescending and deeply reluctant when they are forced to do so. If you havent got a driving license with a photograph on or a passport they make it near impossible for you to open a basic account. Just one very young girl who is pleasant in this particular branch.

I have an account with natwest which to be fair I don't really use but on the off chance I thought I would pop and see if I could get some advice on three properties which my father had gifted me. I wanted advice on whether to sell or rent them. I explained to the young girl on reception and she said no problem and would fined me someone to see me. She came back and asked if I had my salary put into the account, I said no to which she said sorry no one will see you unless you have yoursalary put into account and to come back in three months! I explained that I didn't want a mortgage or to borrow just wanted some advice on the best way to move on with the properties. Again she came back with the same reply!! To cut a long story short I went across the road to a bank again with an account I rarely use and the response could not have been more positive. Anyway this other bank now deals with the accounts on my properties which I have decided to rent! Great service natwest!!!!

One of the staff had provided me their own money due to me not being able to get money in any kind of way with me needing it badly at the time. Alot of respect and very very good customer service one of the best! Best bank, best staff and best customers.

Listen guys if you think of opening bank account go for NATWEST
Honestly they are better than Barclays Bank, hsbc, and this so called big bank. I cannot over emphasis how help NATWEST is. For me it's a 5✨✨✨✨✨
