I called today as I cannot update my Natwest app. No help at all from meet and greet girl. She was happy when I said I may as well delete the app altogether.!!!! disgraceful service.

Steps up to entrance and no space for a ramp so no good if you are disabled or can't manage steps. Their solution is to come out to you but who wants to discuss financial matters on a busy pavement? Not fit for the purpose but NatWest do not care
Beautiful building inside. A proper old bank. Unfortunately staff are indifferent and seem to enjoy taking their time when there is a long queue. When you do finally talk to someone they are rude and dismissive.

Last time I went to do the business banking we had been really busy and had a fair bit of cash only too be told by the lady we don't like touching cash! A thought maybe she was in the wrong job seeing as she works at the bank! She reluctantly counted it after it seemed rather complicated for her to give me some change so i had exact money to use the machines which they prefer! Not been back since I go to the post office who don't complain when I take the cash and cheque business takings in on their behalf. No point having staff in a bank if they don't want too touch cash

Absolutely terrible. Opened an executor account to be told restrictions would be lifted within 3-5 working days, several weeks on and a complaint has been put in along with a follow up email the account is still locked and no one on the phone is able to help. I will now have to go back into branch to try and sort things out. The lack of customer care is appalling

Everything is all robots nowadays, can't get in touch with anyone you have to talk to a robot to help you. But they can't help you and you just go round in circles

The wait time in this bank is beyond ridiculous waited 45 mins to be served, yet they couldn’t help me came home did it myself in 5 mins
Terrible service due to one person being on the desk…… so wait time is a joke.
The women in picture made the wait time longer by making me wait in the wrong queue.

Working all week with no access to Natwest Bank, come the weekend need to use their services and its closed ........ what are we supposed to do... I know withdraw all our monies and just use cash..... I'm sure they would be open and available then. Not good.

Called in one Saturday morning with my kids to transfer money from two old accounts. After one computer crashed Alun Harris tookover on a different terminal and transfered the money across to their current accounts while keeping the kids entertained and turned a daunting experience into a pleasurable one, Sir you are a Legend.
