Went to the bank today and the lady who helped me ( I believe her name was Lynne) was a superstar. Sadly technology is not always the best to both the customer or staff and this was one of those situations. However Lynne remained calm and kept jolly during the frustrating process we were trying to sort. Two other ladies also helped us ( sorry didn't see name) and they were also fab. So if you give the staff a bonus for a good comment Lynne deserves this one! After many attempts we made it, and I left happy with what I needed doing sorted so thank you all, I look forward to using my new bank.

I visited at a busy time so expected to wait, that was fine but I was asked to sit down and then people who arrived after me were seen first - I had to interrupt a lady serving to remind her I was there. I noticed staff are expected to stand, they have no seats. I feel concerned for their wellbeing - the lady who eventually served me was clearly uncomfortable, shivering slightly and shifting weight from one foot to another. I was offered a perching stool but when I pointed out she needed it more than I did she just smiled and explained that isn't allowed. What nonsense is this? why make your staff suffer!

I visit this bank frequently as its my closest branch from me living in Ripon.

The service I always receive is helpful and welcoming. Traveling a lot I’ve been to many branches and can 100% say this is by far the best NatWest branch.
Always giving advice on how to make banking easier for me being a mother of two and being away at times and finding it difficult to always get to a bank, I was shown how to use online banking to make it easier in the future.

Gayle what a lovely lady with the most beautiful nails. Very kind, warm, and had a lovely talk about her nails. I think she was a teeny bit surprised I get my nails done (man)😁

Wetherby has now closed so this is my nearest branch. I needed to make a large payment. I was greeted on arrival and then taken to see Denise who was very efficient.
Let's not close any more branches!

Incredibly unhelpful, can no longer open an account in a bank. Have to go online, but If you have a problem it directs you to go into branch where they're utterly useless. Apparently they took away opening accounts due to covid. What has covid got to do with anything?

As a non customer, tried to call to make an appointment to open an ISA. Waited 15 minutes on the phone and when someone did pick I was immediately cut off.. not impressed..

Staff don't have a clue what they are doing. Rang up to ask for assistance completing some documents, asked specific questions about sections of the document, told that section did not need to be completed. Took it into branch, they checked it - OK, Branch Manager then checked it and signed it off - OK, sent off for processing - Section needs to be completed. They then sent a letter out to the wrong address asking for the details!
