Stood in a queue of five customers for over half an hour. No staff made eye contact, attempted to triage problems (i.e could this be sorted with the cashiers, or online?) or speak to customers. Wasn’t even that busy. To close multiple branches and not have adequate staff in the remaining branches at massive cost to the customer is extremely poor to say the least.

Always having to queue staff always chatting .customer services always no help last time I was in the staff were eating toast at the customer service point . just not a very professional picture to paint .

Very helpful and personable cashier who had the information at her fingertips and was able to assist us today. A credit to her bank. (Let's hope this branch doesn't go the way of the one in the city centre where customer service has taken a sharp decline).

Brilliant customer service.

Very accommodating cashiers, was having trouble trying to pay in a large amount of cash, which I've never done before.Attempted to separate the £20 notes and £10 notes in order to fill in the paying in book but making a hash of it and taking ages. Eventually was told that the cashiers could sort it out, which was done in a manner of minutes.
Very sorry I forgot to take down her name but was a very efficient bank teller.
In this day and age of banks closing down I pray that it takes a very long time to happen. I must admit I do a lot of online banking, but nothing beats face to face communication.

I've been a natwest customer for 34 years and over the years they have gradually reduced their opening times. Now they have also closed my local branch on a Saturday morning! How on earth are people who work supposed to visit their branch when their working day is so short and they are closed on a weekend too? Unbelievable and not helpful to customers needing to visit the branch. After all these years I may need to reconsider who I bank with because of the inconvenience!

Speechless on the service I received today having to wait for a member of staff being assisted by 2 of her colleagues to sort her own personal bank account while another one had no idea what was going on only to be told when I eventually got served that "staff were customers too!" Such a shame this branch is staying open and Hanham closing!

Unfortunately Natwest have stupidly closed Hanham branch and not taken any of the cashiers to Kingswood so the cue is out the door. It’s not the staffs fault and I feel sorry for them!!!! Shame on the over paid idiotic People/management who make ridiculous judgments which don’t effect them directly.
