Excellent service from the staff at NatWest Launceston again today, with a special mention to Louise. Everyone is always so friendly, polite and helpful. They certainly know how to look after their customers! A shame other large corporates aren't more like this!

Wow! Incredible customer service from Steve T (head of customer relations? Hope I have the name correct!) and the lady at the counter. Steve really went above and beyond for us. So friendly, helpful, polite, and efficient. Wouldn't it be nice if aĺl banks / branches treated their customers this way.

Had fantastic service yet again from Natwest Launceston. They are so helpful, professional and friendly. I had a problem paying a large sum due to issues with another bank and their support and advice was first class and the issue was resolved perfectly.
