I left Natwest last year due to poor service in the Marsh Road, Luton branch. The waiting times are horrendous. I popped in today as I needed statements from my closed account. Nothing has changed, in fact it's worse. The queue was up to the door and only two people serving. I ended up leaving before being served and I was the second person to do this. The bank I've switched to has fantastic customer service and there are always more staff than there are customers. Unfortunately, in Natwest the staff are always outnumbered by the customers.

Always very friendly greeting. As the only bank in Leagrave end of Luton don't knock it, as it is bound to get busy at times. There are automated points in the bank to help with standard transactions,use them.

I have banked at this Bank for many, many years before my retirement from Motorbodies. I have always found the staff friendly and most helpful. I do still pop in from time to time and those staff whom I knew when I was working remember me.

This is the only bank left in the Marsh Road area. I hope it stays open in the long term, because if this one closes, it won’t be good for the economy in the area.
