Can't fault Natwest. I could have lost a lot of money when my account was hacked in the summer. However, I received a call from Natwest informing me they thought fraudulent activity had occurred and asking me to check my account.
I didn't lose a penny.

I went in yesterday,service I had from Iona was brilliant, sorted my problem right away,also it was lovely to see Hayley was still there,she helped me with something last year advice worked out ,this branch I think is very good.
