Some lovely staff at this branch. I’m sure it gets busy, based on other reviews, but this hasn’t been my experience. It’s reasonable to expect to wait a bit anyway. The lady who served me at the counter was very efficient …the lad on the other till was talking rather a lot, but the others made up for it. Very good branch

Ridiculous we are both disabled waited 15 minutes I was passing out so went to get some air. Came back later we were first in the queue, took over half an hour standing .
The tall women needs some training in manners and how to deal with disabled or was her problem with me because I am of Asian descent?
This is not the first time this awful woman has been rude and condescending to me. Maybe I should my money elsewhere.

Worst bank I’ve ever visited,
I applied online the ID driver’s license not accepted so then I went to This Place to apply personally and took all my Documents and in nearly 2 weeks called me to say I have to apply again. Worst service worst system experience worst’ customer service. Bad experience.

Absolutely ridiculous useless and pathetic......I'm sick of being charged by this bank for inconvenience and poor service. Waited 45 minutes, still wasn't served by a member staff and walked out leaving approximately 15 people behind me waiting.....I hope the bank manager sees this !

Told I would not have to wait to collect change if ordered a few weeks ago and to approach the area where the change is kept . Today told to go back and wait in the queue with everyone else as " they do not have the staff " .
Of course massive queue and not enough staff members serving the lunchtime after a bank holiday .
Waste of time and no idea of customer service for business banking that costs me thousands of £ a year

Found it silly waiting at front for a member of staff come all the way to the front each time they finish dealing with a customer to find out if they need to see a cashier then take them to top.
A customer knows they need to see a cashier if they want to deposit or withdraw cash, so what's the hold up
