This branch has plenty of space and plenty of staff but only ever one till position open so you are in for a long wait. And today I learn that if you want to pay a bill using your debit card, you have to queue up again to see a different cashier! What kind of service is that. Truly dreadful!
So here we are 7 months later and nothing has changed. Lots of staff milling around the banking hall but largely doing nothing while one cashier is open and again the other position unmanned. I didn't have quite so long to wait today, only 12 minutes to get served, meanwhile the queue behind me had built up to 8 people. What kind of service is that? Still, 7 months later, truly dreadful!!!

I can not praise the team enough! Saturday i went in and my tics were in full swing, swearing, throwing things, clapping to people along with constant whistling. As you can imagine in a quiet setting it can be pretty embarrassing, however the staff took it all in their stride, reassured me and we all ended up having quite the giggle! All while they remained completely professional and carried out their jobs. Im sorry i cant name you all personally but thank you

If I could give zero stars I would. As a visiting researcher, I tried to open an account here, with all the required documents. This branch not only lost my documents, but made me come back three times. I was asked if my country of origin was in the EU - embarrassing for all involved. It's now been a while, and I have not heard back. The people work here are nice, but completely incompetent.

Disabled lift out of order... Sadly as they've closed so many branches, had to come into city, only to find that as a paraplegic, the lift to access the main level of the bank was broken. So much for care for customers. Would be better to keep a branch open or at least invest in a ramp.

Not a good place to hold up, there's only one exit and it's a long way from the money. Furthermore outside is a pedestrian area so makes for a very obvious getaway car, or you're on foot. Once you even get to the road, there's not a lot of scope due to the one way system. Probably best heading down Duke Street, but that's always congested so you'll probably get caught.

However, if you're after regular banking services it's fine.

I've used both automated services and spoken to an advisor in branch multiple times. Really helpful staff, quick to process and with the facilities and the seats to make any wait (have barely had to wait) tolerable.
Just why don't all banks open at better hours?
