I joined Natwest due to three incidences of being scammed with Barclays- the worlds second best banking corporation! With Barclays it is like a conveyor belt service very impersonal and even at times unnecessarily unpleasant. When I joined Natwest, it seems a lot more tailored to your banking needs and requirements, in some aspects they may not be as good as Barclays in certain areas, but so far- so good, the switch process has worked without any glitches- 15 years ago when I was with the dreaded Santander, they screwed up the switch service and it left me in chaos. I am pleased with my transitioning and onboarding with Natwest as it has been minimum hassle and stress free.

This bank is closing downfor good on may the 29th this bank needs to be in rawtenstall no two ways about it if we all stand together and kick an almighty great stink up the top table at nat west might change their minds all together to save this branch and the jobs who's with me

Had to wait in line for about 35 minutes, very slow service, if i went to my santander across the street and did it would take me under a minute. Get modern and put cash in machines like santander so you can pay in cash whenever through machines. Very poor service sort it out
