Really poor experience today with
Helen. I made a special journey into a branch due to a payment limit on my account. Had to travel to Redditch as all my local branches have all closed. Despite having my passport and driving licence I was told that it would take at least 30 mins to complete the transfer. After a several minute discussion, I was then told that I couldn’t move any money until tomorrow or I could do the same thing from my online banking app. I asked to speak to a manager but was told ‘you just missed them’

I’ve banked with Nat west for over 30 years but decided today that it’s time to find a more reasonable and accommodating bank. Not great that you can’t move your own money around even in branch. Seems like Nat west want to hold onto your money to earn them some interest 🤔

Very genuine and positive levels in staff moral. Modest, humour and facial interactive with good small talk for a personal balance approach in banking.
Excellent staff that can multitask with good pace & poise to listen. happy to visit again anytime.

Five stars for the professional personal service given from the limited staff, just a pity they are few in number at peak times.
Always enjoyed a pleasant experience from this branch apart from the queuing. Maybe internet banking isn't the be all and end all for some people, nice to have a face to face experience.

Terrible choice, I have had nothing but problems with this branch since the beginning. I've been a customer for years now and all they've done is take money from my account for unjustified reasons then refuse to refund me. I will be cancelling my account in the morning and I strongly advice you to choose a different branch.

No customer service/help counter , only 2 positions and if both have customers with problems a very long wait , while writing this have been on the phone trying to make an appointment and had phone put down on me
