I have been using NatWest ringwood for over 10 years with personal and business accounts
I have always found the staff to be very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Please don't close this branch !!

Stood at desk for nearly 8 minutes now , 1 x cashier and 1 member of staff sat with customers,
6 x people in que, no one asking to help ? No smile or welcoming feeling, and I am the one who has just lost a family member, no sorry, empathy, woman did not seem to know much ,after a hr and 5 minutes with her managers help I was actually able to leave , and that was just to fill out a bereavement form !! Absolutelyatrocious ,
,another example of fat cat bosses cutting back on staff for profit , I think they forget without customers they would have no business or money.

HAS ANYONE NOTICED JUST HOW MANY ONE STAR NEGATIVE REVIEWS THESE JOKERS ARE RECEIVING NATIONALLY?
“NAT WEST” UNDOUBTABLY THEE WORST BANKING FACILITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM!!
and here’s example why :
unfortunately we have a savings account with these clowns.
1) they have STOPED supplying a card to their savings account to stop customers accessing the money!!
2) they have also STOPED / refused to allow direct payments to any one made out of the same savings account!!
((Barclays Banks for example have no restrictions on any payments from any type of account!))
3) they are now also closing THEE ONLY local branch we have so we won’t be able to draw cash from that same savings account!! SO WHAT IS THEE POINT OF ANY ONE HAVING A SAVING ACCOUNT WITH THESE CLOWNS?
WE HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED COMPENSATION FROM THIS USELESS BANK TWICE BEFORE AFTER INVESTIGATIONS FOUND OUR COMPLAINTS WERE JUSTIFIED!!
BUT THEY NEVER LEARN OR IMPROVE!! > UNPROFESSIONAL INCOMPETENT BANK. WE RECOMMEND ALL WHO HAVE ACCOUNTS WITH THESE JOKERS TO RELOCATE THEIR FINANCES ELSEWHERE JUST AS WE ARE!!!
