Seemed good to me. Needed to pay in a cheque (who the hell hands out cheques in 2025!!!) and the staff were very helpful. Sorted in no time. Shame not open at the weekend.

No help at all just made you listen to awfull funeral music .next unhelpful call cetre person please pass him on mustt have talked to at least eght people all useless all put you on hold.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Absolutely atrocious behaviour towards my mother when she came in. She left in tears. Customer service training should be suggest asap! Especially dealing with the older generation.

NatWest seems to have forgotten how to behave in a business manner. There is no direct telephone link to the branch and promises made by call centre staff to call back at specific times have not been honoured. As two elderly and longstanding customer we are extremely disappointed and frustrated. We wish a specific question to be addressed by a member of staff with a particular competence - we cannot afford to journey to the branch to stand hopefully in-line in the hope of support.

Had to sort out an issue with payments coming out of my account so rang them up. Best customer service I have ever had via phone and from natwest itself. The 28 year old lad, I couldnt remember his name, was very nice and friendly; helped to sort out my issue. 🙂
