This afternoon, I visited Nat West Stevenage to sort something out . The lady in the store was so helpful - sadly, I did not take a name .
The customer service she provided was outstanding, patient, and extremely helpful and understanding with a very much happy to help attitude. Nothing is too much trouble.

Tried to open an account i had everything with me I was told I had to do it on my phone but nothing worked properly and to make things worse their rage inducing chat bot customer service replacement was created to torment people 2 hours of my life wasted should have just said you don't want new customers from the start

I am very disappointed by Nat West's lack of respect for its customers.A major reason why he is losing clients and closing branches in the UK is that he makes fun of his clients and pretend to look after them.
