Absolutely first rate customer service, and a really pleasant place to visit. The staff here are all so friendly, and really go the extra mile to help. It's completely different from the depressing couldn't care less attitude of staff at a rival bank that is currently across the road, but soon to move to new premises in Wellington Square.
