A complete joke of a bank. Also the worst branch hands down. No wonder that they score so low on customer service. Scoring a measly 54% so out of every 2 people 1 is disappointed.

The staff are rude and there’s no repercussions for their actions and behaviour. Have had multiple occasions where they have been rude to customers, including myself.

Services are terrible. Cant even cash is a cheque as their system doesn’t work. But there’s plenty of staff hanging around doing nothing and talking to each other about nothing.

When you ask for help they talk down on you. Shows what type of people they employ; people without any fulfilment in their lives or authority. So when they receive a little bit of power they act like they own you.

Absolutely disgusting! Cant wait to move bank.

Unable to deposit cash on Saturday .I had my credit card, full bank details and Natwest App on
my phone .I do appreciate we are turning into a cashless society but surely some provision should be made for 75 years old cutomer of over 50yrs standing.
Very frustrating and disappointing. Around 5/6 staff walking around instead 1 dealing with cash.

Popped in to withdraw some cash to pay the barber nearby - wanted to change £5 note into coins to tip my barber - I got told to go to my regular bank as I don't have a NatWest account

These reviews are embarrassing: people complaining they can't fraudulently open bank accounts, people complaining about riff raff in the town centre? I use this bank every month and it's perfect. I go in, do my business and leave with no problems. The queue is often short. The customer service is excellent, especially Kate in the front and Adam in the back.

I went into Natwest Watford to change my surname this week and was very impressed with their customer service. To begin with, I was greeted almost instantly and asked if I needed any help. They checked me in and made sure I had everything with me that I would need and then directed me to the waiting area. I then received a text telling me how far along in the queue I was which I thought was handy as I could have left to do other things while waiting. I then received another text telling me I should start making my way back if I had left the branch. All in all I think I waited about 30 mins and was 3rd in the queue when I got there.
To top it all off, I just received a lovely gift in the post containing some tasty goodies and a little note! I had explained that I actually got married over a year ago but was only just getting round to changing my name as I was diagnosed with breast cancer not long after. I don’t know if this is something they do as a gift for all new married couples or if it was a lovely thought they had after finding out about my cancer but either way it made my day.
The lady who served me was called Tania and was very friendly and helpful and clearly a very thoughtful lady too!! Thank you very much Tania & Natwest!

I used the branch today for the first time with my Aunt- helping her do some banking, as she is quite elderly. It's probably the best customer service I've ever received in any context or location.

We were served by Darshra, she was utterly professional and courteous and made us feel at ease, during the long process of a complex transfer of funds. She was patient and considerate of our needs made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.

We were served very quickly and left feeling quite blown away by how well we were treated. A blueprint for customer service really and I very much hope this review finds it's way back to her Manager!

The staff at this bank are absolutely amazing! I came in yesterday and discovered that i had fallen for a scam and got quite upset, they were excellent at reassuring me and sorted out the problems. Today i received a delivery, they sent me a box of chocolates to cheer me up, truly the best bank 🙂
