Thank you so much to Lucinda, who was amazingly patient, helpful and kind when I accompanied my nearly 90 year old father into the Wells branch. He has been getting anxious about a number of aspects of his banking and she offered some very practical solutions to some of his difficulties (who knew you could be issued with a signature stamp by the bank, enabling you to keep 'signing' cheques even when you are unable to write your signature clearly and consistently?!). Nat West seem to have very thoughtful policies for supporting the elderly with banking without forcing them to go online, and also ensuring that the system can register any particular needs and alert different cashiers who serve them as soon as they enter their card. The queue wait may perhaps seem a little long to some reviewers, but this reflects the fact that the staff give every customer as much time as they need. Exemplary service.

I had to pop in on Thursday to sort some business out for my dad, who is currently in a care home. I was attended to by Luke Phillips who was very helpful and friendly and sorted the issue for me . Luke is a real credit to Nat West and felt very relaxed in his presence. Well done Luke and thank you so much 😊

Although it can get pretty busy in here, the staff work relentlessly and get the job done efficiently. Never have I been in this branch and left unsatisfied. Very accommodating and the staff are very friendly.

Actually at the call-centre (probably somewhere in Scotland - that's what you get when you ring Natwest Wells) where I was pushed from pillar to post by an uncaring person who clearly understood less about the banking system than I did. This went on till my phone battery went flat.

It seems that the spirit of Fred the Shred lives on!

The staff team work very hard in this busy branch, it would be good to have more counter staff at peak times, the queue sometimes gets to 20+ people

I went to use their cashpoint and heavily sprained my ankle in a ditch next to the pavement. I think they are partly responsible for this!
