You use and profit from People's money, and offer minimal interest you could at least open on Saturday's All the other Natwests are open Saturday's why is the Welwyn branch so lazy?

Just had a very good experience with Bassem, who helped us through a complex transaction which couldn’t be done online. He found a way to save us money and ensured everything was resolved before closing the file. Thank you - it’s why we sometimes need a branch and not just a phone line!

Decent Natwest with free coin counters for customers, save 10 to 15% over using machines in supermarkets.

Also a cool entrance, see photo with small bank above the door.

Could be open longer hours for people with jobs....

It's a shame that I have to give them one star. I want to get my phone app details, which you can't get on the phone and I haven't got access to the internet banking. They've closed my local branch which means I have to drive to another town and now they don't even stay open until 5. There are better and more local banks offering £200 to swap accounts, I think that's what I'm going to do. NatWest used to pride itself on its customer service and ever since covid has done everything it can to ruin its reputation. What a joke, and they want you to trust them with your money? ... I mean, lets think that one through shall we? If you are looking for a good bank to open an account with, move on there is nothing to see here... literally, it's a wonder they bother opening their doors at all.

I recently had my phone stolen abroad along with my bank cards, I went to visit NatWest to get some advice on what to do, And I hope I’ve spelled his name right but ‘Bassem’ really made me feel better about the situation and made me feel very re-assured! This is why we need actual banks as well as phone / online help!!!

Had to receive help for a trust fund the lady shouted and appeared really rude she stated she was helping me but instead she was just plain rude. Made me really upset worst colleague I've ever received via the NatWest branch everybody else were lovely

Unhelpful cashiers think they are the boss a simple task of getting a stamp on a letter seems too complicated for them as 'no computers or printers on site!!!!!' Folllwed by the usual sarchiastic sorry!!!!!
