Andrew was very helpful & efficient. Unprompted, he suggested putting details of my mobility & hearing problems on the computer.

Friendly service. Able to pay cheque and cash in using self service machines. If you need to speak to someone then prepare to wait. Best to avoid peak times if possible!

Visited Natwest Yate today. The chap on the door was friendly and helpful but there is never any staff. Always the same excuse. The paying in coin machine needs to be updated to pay immediately into bank account using your card. Hello, the pandemic ended nearly 2 years ago!

Whilst a lot of the staff are extremely pleasant the system drives me to distraction
Why are there 3 people walking around directing you one with an iPad taking your details I wish they were behind a counter serving you !
I was told I couldn’t bank cash at the desk when I complained I was told well you can but you will have to wait !
I don’t want to use a machine I am capable I don’t want to !
The customer seems an inconvenience
We are thinking about moving our accounts sadly after 50 plus years
