Pity they don't spend as much time managing our block as they do writing a response. I've lived here 31 years and had no security problems. I can't attend AGM as I don't know when it is and as you don't have my new email address or telephone numbers because I've had to change them to protect my identity you can't contact me which I've explained on multiple occasions, I take all issues seriously, but can't except pointless and below average work. I've been to all the places I've reviewed and I think you need to remove that in your reply or provide proof of your statement, I can prove all I've said about you, down to telephone conversations, emails and photos. People will see the same things mentioned in many reviews, so we'll let the public decide.

I'm really sorry I have to post this, beware of this management company and reviews below, notice the 5 star reviews, the reviewers have only posted 1 review, but the others which have posted more have given lower marks, that says it all.
I've been a victim of identity fraud and they've installed security doors using a company called Search Fire & Rescue which they just bullied through this installation which because the letterboxes are now on the inside, my post with sensitive information will be available to see. I've gone paperless with every company I can, but my medical issues mean I have letters coming more often than well people and this contains everything a criminal would need for me to relive my nightmare of the last 10 years, you can't get credit without paying over the odds, mortgages are very difficult and your credit score, well you can kiss goodbye to that. I've told them on many occasions before the doors were chosen and they ignored me. The pictures are of work carried out at Birches Rise, High Wycombe. You are more than welcome to view, terrible. They seem caring but that's a front to get your business. I will gladly supply all communications with this company if it helps you choose your management company. Updated part, I have medical waste which now has to sit outside the main doors doors for upto 14 days because the hospital or dump do not process anymore and I have to arrange collection which I do exposing residents to dangerous needles which could be reused and if it gets out to users in the area, could result in cross contamination. Their reply was unbelievable. If you are in a minority, you are ignored. Please read a screenshot from their current website,

I quote "our mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life of leaseholders, owners and residents of every development we manage right from our very first meeting" perhaps they should practice what they preach.

My quality of life is terrible, can't stop worrying about being a victim again, worried my needles may fall into the wrong hands so can that protect me as their website says and as soon as things get difficult they shut down communication with you.
I've had to change mobile and email address to get some protection.

As an owner, I have had a lovely experience over the last 2 years. Neil Douglas appears to be a large and continuously growing company with a bustling office. I've enjoyed great communications with all the staff from different apartments - Frida, Anton, Jordan, Naiomi, George, Emma and Katy just to name a few (sorry for missing anyone).

There is a certain attention to detail and enthusiasm with this property management team that others lack, the best of the best - Top Guns! ? I would and do recommend, any time.
