I stayed with my husband and initially was worried that i would not be catered for due to being gluten free /coeliac. The lady in the shop, Lisa was a breath of fresh air. She was so helpful and knowledgeable whilst guiding me to all of the products in the shop that were gluten free. Saved me having to look at everything myself. I will stay again, just knowing that I have confidence in Lisa to assist me. Lisa and Leanne were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble, Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much ladies.

I'm writing this review to say and express how much I enjoy this year entertainment team / park stars at new beach. Rachael, Maggie, Andrew and Scott are so kind, friendly, loving, caring people who are really amazing and understanding to those with hidden disabilities such as autism and anxiety which myself and my friends had.|They really are fantastic Park stars /entertainment team.|their shows are amazing and they make the night so enjoyable. All there cabarets are brilliant and wonderful, I really enjoyed them doing all their individual cabaret and there shows they have done together as they work so well together as a fantastic team as there singing sounds amazing together. I really really 100% want to express how much I want Rachel, Maggie, Andrew, Scott to stay all together as a 4 and return to new beach next year for 2025 for the new season as they are by far the best park stars /entertainment team ever. This is why I have come to this park 8 times this year as I come for there entertainment. |It would make me very upset if they are not here for 2025 ||Also we had so so much fun and made so many memories me and my friends enjoyed every holidays we went on can’t wait to do it all again next year 2025

Ian & Sam from housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. They went above & beyond. Very friendly & polite. Great entertainment. The granddaughters absolutely love it. Plenty for them to do. Nice local pub called Neptunes with sunday carvery.

Parked outside caravan. Good location. Caravan was a bit wiffy of dogs. Kitchen sink not particularly clean and when we removed a piece of the sofa which wasn't attached it had everything and anything under it. Reported to reception and was offered a visit from house keeping, but we declined as only there for a few days. One radiator not working and it was on 5, and the digital numbers on the fire was flashing when switched. Again reported, good reception staff. Really quick response by maintenance, came straight away. Didn't use entertainment or arcades.

Lisa and leanne that work in the shop have always got a smile on thier faces and are very friendly and happy to help with things that you need whiles in the shop. The shop is well stocked and is clean and tidy. They do a amazing job with the shop and it wouldn't be the same with out these 2 lovely ladies in the shop I do look forward to going in the shop to see them hope to see these 2 lovely ladies next year.

This is one of the least friendly holiday parks we have visited , not to say that all the staff were not friendly but it only needs one to put you off at the beginning of the weekend , our caravan stank of cigarettes and Marijuna , we asked for a different caravan but were told none were available, although they did fumigate the place , which made it a bit better, the actual cleaner was very good and very professional but his boss , she had made us feel a bit of a nuisance. The camp itself was a normal holiday camp with the usual entertainment and cuisine , these places are pretty good for families with children , but do not expect peace and quiet , I liked it because there is a lot to explore roundabout , so if you like walking it is a good place to explore the area from , this is a good reasonably cheap option for a break , unfortunately there is no beach nearby so it is a shortish walk along the sea wall to it . If you drive, you have a lot of places nearby to visit .

Really good holiday park. The swimming pool is excellent and I enjoyed the Aqua Aerobics with Dale and Monique. Being disabled the pool staff were extremely helpful and didn't hurry me up at all...the water is warm and the area clean.|The pub on site is friendly, and the reception staff are helpful too.

Very well maintained site, a warm welcome when we checked in. Our caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The site has an entertainments area for nightly shows, combined with a restaurant and bar. Also an arcade area with games and slot machines. Swimming pool, Go Karts and craft area. On site shop. Just over the road is a beach with large rocks for sea defence and a high concrete wall accessed by several flights of steps. Local pub next to site. Close by are the villages of Dymchurch and Hythe with stations for the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch railway.
