Ashley did a full bathroom re-fit for us and did a first class job at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes we had from other tradesmen.
Nothing is too much trouble and he will tailor the job to your needs. he always makes sure at the end of the day that everything is tidied up so there is no mess. All in all a very polite and professional tradesman who I would not hesitate to recommend.

Leaking shower. Called few times no reply. Shower has been leaking for a very long time. We have now had to call another plumber to rectify a problem that should have been done correctly in the first place. Very disappointed.

We have just had a new boiler installed by New Wave Plumbing. I got 3 quotes from local businesses and found these to offer the best advice and explained whats available and what we would expect to get from it. They seemed honest, knowledgeable and helpful.

Our old boiler had an issue and spares were difficult to get hold off. We did use British Gas for the insurance and service contract, but the last 18 months had a few missed appointment and poor communication.

This new boiler comes with 12 years warranty and its great that we have a reliable boiler as well as a engineer thats local and can be trusted.

New Wave installations have recently installed a wet room for us. A very professional job, by a very professional team. Polite, courteous, reliable, tidy, & very professional. We cannot recommend these guys enough. We will most definitely use them again.

I used Ash last year for several jobs, he turned up to quote when he said he was, quoted in the timescale he gave and turned up to do the work the day he said he would. The job he did was brilliant, some parts arrived wrong but he dealt with this and moved a few jobs around to come back when the right bits arrived! Genuinely a Top lad as well as a top job.
